I have 30 minutes today. Use ShowUppp to shorten my upper-body workout.

I sent a shorter plan to ShowUppp. Start with bench while you’re fresh, then finish with rows.

  • Bench press · 135 lb · 3 sets of 8
  • Dumbbell row · 3 sets of 10 per side

What is ShowUppp?

A workout log for planning workouts, recording sets, and reviewing your training history.

Do I need to train every day?

No. Training days accumulate. Missed days don’t reset your milestones.

Can I plan without AI?

Yes. Choose your exercises, weights, and reps yourself. The optional AI plan writer, powered by Claude, drafts workouts from your training history for you to review.

Can I bring my workout history?

Yes. Import an export from Strong or Hevy, or use the CSV template in Settings → Account & data → Import. Review it before confirming. Import is in beta.

Do I need an account?

No account is needed to start. Your data stays on this device until you sign in. Sign in to sync across devices, or export a backup from Settings.

What happens after the free days?

In the iPhone app, membership lets you log new workout days and use the plan writer after your first 20 days. Viewing, editing, and exporting your history stay free. Imported history doesn’t use your free days.

Where can I try it?
